The annual National Conservation Poster Contest provides kindergarten through 12th grade students the chance to design the logo for a national conservation outreach initiative. Each year's NACD stewardship theme - best depicted by the winning poster - highlights the work of conservation districts and their state conservation associations, auxiliaries, and agencies to protect and enhance natural resources.
The poster contest starts at the district level, advances to the state level, and then to the national level. The winners of the national contest receive recognition at NACD's annual meeting.
