Registration Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to jamii-roberson@nacdnet.org before January 11, 2012 in order to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Partial refunds of registration fees after January 14, 2012 will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or extreme immediate family emergencies. In this case, a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed six to eight weeks after the meeting.
