2012 NACD Legislative Conference • July 16-17, 2012 • Washington, D.C.

To register for the 2012 Legislative Conference, please print out and complete both the registration form and the White House security clearance form, linked below. If you are paying by check, mail payment and registration form to NACD, P.O. Box 791206, Baltimore, MD 21279-1206. If paying by credit card, fax registration form with credit card information to NACD at (202) 547-6450.

The White House security clearance information may be submitted in one of following three ways:

1. Email the completed form to Jamii Roberson at Jamii-roberson@nacdnet.org or Naomi Watson at Naomi-watson@nacdnet.org.
2. Fax the completed form to (202) 547-6450 to the attention of Jamii Roberson or Naomi Watson.
3. Or call (202) 547-6223 to provide the information to Jamii or Naomi over the phone.

Pre-registration (on or before June 8): $350

On-Site (after June 8): $450

Policies

Every conference attendee must complete a registration form, including White House security clearance information. Registration includes admission to all Conference Sessions, a Congressional Directory, Refreshment Breaks, a Welcome Reception, a Continental Breakfast, box lunch, dinner, briefings/tour at the White House, and bus tour of the Chesapeake Bay and historic Annapolis. Additional tickets to the Welcome Reception and the Monday Chesapeake Bay tour are available for purchase onsite at the registration desk.
