2019 Annual Meeting Registration

NACD is heading to San Antonio in February for our 73rd Annual Meeting, and we hope you’ll join us for  the opportunity to network with landowners, partnering organizations, companies and government agencies! As a meeting attendee, you’ll discover emerging technologies, services and programs; engage in professional development; participate in forums discussing natural resource issues and legislation; develop strategies for education and outreach; and influence conservation policy.

Important Dates

December 14, 2018: Early bird registration ends
January 11, 2019: Registration is on-site only; deadline for cancellations and substitutions
February 2, 2019: Registration opens at the Marriott Rivercenter

Registration Policies

Conference registration includes: entry into the Conservation Expo; NACD General and Concurrent Sessions; Monday’s Leadership Lunch, Live Auction; NACD Training Sessions and Workshops. All events require badge for entry.

Early Bird registration is defined as registration and payments received before December 15, 2018.

Regular Registration begins December 15, 2018, and ends January 11, 2019.

Special Assistance Needs: If you have any needs addressed by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or dietary requirements, please contact Kimberly Uldricks at 202-547-6223 or by email kimberly-uldricks@nacdnet.org by January 11, 2019, so that we can accommodate your request.

Registration Cancellation Policies

Refund/Substitution Policy: Cancellations, substitutions and requests for refund must be submitted in writing to kimberly-uldricks@nacdnet.org before January 11, 2019 in order to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Partial refunds of registration fees after January 11, 2019 will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of the registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather or extreme immediate family emergencies. In this case a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks after the meeting. For questions regarding your refund, please contact Kimberly Uldricks at 202-547-6223 X 108 or by email at kimberly-uldricks@nacdnet.org. Returned checks are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

NACD’s 2019 Annual Meeting will be held in San Antonio, Texas, at the Marriott Rivercenter from Feb. 2 – 6, 2019. The room rate is $214 per night plus tax.
