Conservation Habits=Healthy Habitats


The Stewardship and Education Committee is pleased to announce the 2010 Stewardship theme: "Conservation Habits = Healthy Habitats." Stewardship Week will be officially celebrated April 25 to May 2, 2010. We encourage you to celebrate throughout the year. Materials for 2010 Stewardship Week will be available through the NACD Marketplace in November 2009. Additional information (public Service Announcements, proclamations and more) to promote the 2010 Stewardship Week will be available soon.

Community Outreach Materials

2010 Poster Contest: "Conservation Habits = Healthy Habitats"
The annual National Conservation Poster Contest provides students in grades kindergarten through 12 an opportunity to convey their thoughts about soil, water and related natural resource issues through art. It also highlights the educational outreach efforts of conservation districts and their state associations, auxiliaries and agencies.

Download and use the 2010 Stewardship theme for promotional and educational purposes. Two low-resolution sizes of the logo and one large, high-resolution version available.
