Oregon is embarking on a statewide carbon sequestration program for forestry, agriculture and blue carbon. A report has been written to provide the basis for further state work, including agency roles and funding mechanisms. I would be interested in know programs in other states or marketing mechanisms. I saw what Land O'Lakes has done--some impressive work in the Midwest. Thanks for any sharing of ideas. Here is a link to our state's document approved by the commission.
