Whether you're back to fulltime, in-person meetings or inching that way sometime this year, after our last Zoom meeting where we discussed how we managed this past year of virtual meetings, I thought we needed a place to share what tools or platforms we used to get the work done. We've seen an efficiency in the virtual realm, but we've also seen many limitations. The future might have us changing some meetings to virtual, going back to in-person for some meetings, and enhancing some meetings by making them hybrid. Here are some of the aspects that were mentioned as challenges - how did you address them? What are some others? Please share...
- voting - anonymous, keeping integrity, allowing for debate, preparing in advance
- social aspects - replacing hallway discussions, coffee breaks, mealtimes
- education - pre-record, live sessions, recruitment and training of speakers...or was this eliminated altogether?
- General Session/Plenary speakers (similar aspects to education)
