Cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to events[at]nacdnet.org before July 10, 2026 in order to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Due to contract commitments, no refunds will be made after July 10 for conference registrations.

Hotel Reservations
NACD’s 2026 Summer Meeting will be held at the:
Amway Grand Plaza

Grand Rapids, MI 49503
Located in downtown Grand Rapids within easy walking distance to many city attractions, the Amway Grand Plaza has a history dating back to 1913. Room rates start at $189/night plus tax. You can make a reservation online by clicking the button below. Or reserve a room by calling 616-774-2000. Let them know you need help booking a guest room in the National Association of Conservation Districts or “NACD” room block. If you are a federal government employee looking to reserve a room, please reach out to events[at]nacdnet.org for guidance.
Rooms in NACD’s room block are available for the nights of July 17-21, 2026. Other dates are available at prevailing market rates.
Reserve your room early for best availability. Rooms in NACD’s room block are first come, first served and there may be limited or no availability as the deadline for the room block nears.
Self-parking is available at the hotel by entering through the Amway Grand Parking Ramp entrance on the corner of Pearl Street and Monroe Avenue. Overnight parking prices are $45 per night for self-parking and $49 per night for valet parking. Both allow 24-hour in-and-out access. Parking for oversized vehicles and nearby alternate parking is available.
The last day to reserve available rooms in the room block is Friday, June 26.

Transportation
The Amway Grand Plaza is about a 30-minute drive from the Gerald R. Ford International Airport (GRR) in Grand Rapids.
Taxis are available by exiting the terminal through doors #3 or #5. Head to the climate controlled Parking Shuttle Shelter on the boulevard. There, you will be assisted with your taxi arrangements.
Rideshare services are available through Uber and Lyft. Catch rideshares by exiting the terminal through door #2 (across from the Delta ticket counter) and go to the Rideshare Shelter on the boulevard. This is the designated pick-up/drop-off point for all rideshare vehicles.

The Amway Grand Plaza does not offer shuttle service.
