Branding Guidelines

Do conservation districts have permission to use NACD logos? Yes! However, there are some guidelines to follow.

NACD Conservation “C” and Stewardship Week logos are among the most visible assets we have as an organization. Their memorable and classic designs are foundational to our brand identity. To maintain the effectiveness of NACD’s logos, including the annual Stewardship Week logos, please use them consistently and correctly, as outlined in the guidelines below. You can also review the webinar on the branding guidelines by clicking here.

Users may not:

  • Recreate the logos.
  • Remove or replace the logos on printed materials.
  • Place your district logo in place of the NACD logo (you may add it alongside).
  • Stretch, compress, or distort the logos.
  • Use screenshots for print publications.
  • Enlarge the logos to the point of becoming grainy or distorted.
  • Add elements or lines to the logos.
  • Modify the logo colors.

When in doubt, or if you need assistance, please reach out to us! If you have questions about appropriate applications for NACD logos, please contact the NACD Communications Team.
